Shipping Rates
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

- FREE shipping on orders over $149.00
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 2–5 business days. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. enstyle is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by USPS.
Tracking Information
Once your shipping label has been created, tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. Please check your inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders for shipping notifications.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
enstyle is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once accepted by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777. You may also reach us at info@enstylebutik.com and we will do our best to assist you.
RETURNS
Return Policy
All eligible returns are issued as store credit only. Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for return, merchandise must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free of stains, odors, makeup, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or damage
- Be in resalable condition
Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit:

- Bodysuits
- Gift cards
- Special orders
- Accessories marked Final Sale
- Any item specifically marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
How to Start a Return
- Visit our Return Portal.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions provided.
- Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided through our Return Portal. A $9.99 return label fee will be deducted from the store credit issued for approved returns.
Return Processing
Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect and process your return after it has been received at our facility. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Processing times may be extended during holidays or periods of high return volume.
Once approved, store credit will be issued as a gift card and emailed to the address used at checkout. Please check all email folders including spam, junk, and promotions.
EXCHANGES
Due to limited inventory and high product turnover, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please email info@enstylebutik.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage. Claims submitted after 3 days may not qualify for replacement or store credit.
