By accessing this website, browsing products, placing an order, creating an account, submitting a return request, or otherwise using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced on this website.
If you do not agree to all of these Terms & Conditions, you may not access the website or use any services provided through the website.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting changes on this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY
By using this website, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• All information submitted to us is accurate, complete, and current.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND INVENTORY
We strive to display product descriptions, colors, images, and pricing as accurately as possible.
However, we do not guarantee that product colors displayed on your device will exactly match the actual product.
We reserve the right to:
• Limit quantities purchased
• Refuse service
• Cancel orders
• Discontinue products
• Correct pricing or inventory errors
at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 3 – PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, promotional offers, and product descriptions at any time, including after an order has been placed.
If an error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
SECTION 4 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of an order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
Orders may be canceled for reasons including but not limited to:
• Suspected fraud
• Billing discrepancies
• Inventory shortages
• Pricing errors
• Unauthorized transactions
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING POLICY
Orders generally ship within 2–3 business days.
Shipping transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
• USPS delays
• Weather conditions
• Holidays
• Natural disasters
• Labor disruptions
• Circumstances beyond our control
Carrier tracking records showing delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer shall constitute proof of delivery.
SECTION 6 – LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
EnStyle The Boutique is not responsible for:
• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Delayed packages
• Misdelivered packages
• Damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier
Customers must file claims directly with USPS or the applicable carrier.
Carrier delivery confirmation shall constitute proof of delivery.
SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND STORE CREDIT
All approved returns are issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY unless otherwise required by law.
Items must comply with our Return Policy to qualify for store credit.
A return shipping label fee of $9.99 will be deducted from the store credit issued for approved returns.
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit:
• Sale Items
• Clearance Items
• Special Orders
• Gift Cards
• Bodysuits
• Accessories marked Final Sale
• Any item marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
Due to hygiene considerations, bodysuits are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
SECTION 8 – RETURN PROCESSING
Customers acknowledge that returns require approximately three (3) to five (5) business days to process after delivery to our warehouse.
Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Return processing begins only after merchandise has been:
• Received
• Inspected
• Approved by our Returns Department
Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, inventory counts, or periods of high return volume.
Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a gift card sent to the email address used when placing the order.
Store credit shall be deemed delivered when the gift card has been successfully generated and transmitted to the customer's email address.
Customers are responsible for checking:
• Inbox
• Spam Folder
• Junk Folder
• Promotions Folder
• Any filtered email folders
SECTION 9 – CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that:
• They have reviewed our Return Policy.
• Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
• A $9.99 return label fee applies to approved returns.
• Returns require approximately 3–5 business days to process.
• Store credit is issued electronically via gift card.
• Bodysuits are Final Sale.
• Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
SECTION 10 – ELECTRONIC RECORDS
Customers agree that records maintained by EnStyle The Boutique and its service providers constitute valid business records.
These records may include:
• Order records
• Payment records
• Shipping records
• Carrier tracking information
• Return records
• Store credit records
• Gift card records
• Customer communications
• Email transmission records
• Policy acknowledgments
Such records may be used to verify compliance with company policies and resolve disputes.
SECTION 11 – CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for merchandise, store credit, or services properly provided in accordance with our policies.
EnStyle The Boutique reserves the right to contest any chargeback using:

• Carrier tracking information
• Return records
• Store credit records
• Gift card issuance records
• Customer communications
• Website records
• Policy acknowledgments
Submission of a chargeback after merchandise, store credit, gift cards, refunds, or other remedies have been provided may be challenged to the fullest extent permitted by law.
EnStyle The Boutique reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law concerning fraudulent, invalid, or abusive payment disputes.
SECTION 12 – FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, and report suspicious activity to payment processors, financial institutions, or law enforcement when fraudulent activity is suspected.
SECTION 13 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, graphics, product descriptions, text, and website design, is the property of EnStyle The Boutique and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
SECTION 14 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All products and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
EnStyle The Boutique makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnStyle The Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EnStyle The Boutique, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting updates on this website.
Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
