SHIPPING
We use USPS Priority shipping. Shipping starts at $13.99 flat rate and is FREE if your order is over $150.00. Items ship out 2-3 days after order is received and take 3-5 business days to be delivered. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and will be sent via email (from USPS) once the shipping label is created.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
enstyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.
RETURN POLICY
Merchandise may only be returned for store credit. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Sale, Clearance and Special Orders are considered Final Sales and are not returnable. Merchandise that has been worn, exhibits stains/odors or is determined to be unsellable will not be eligible for return.
