RETURN POLICY
At enStyle The Boutique, all eligible returns are issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit:

• Gift Cards
• Bodysuits
• Accessories marked Final Sale
• Any item specifically marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
Due to hygiene and health considerations, bodysuits are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
To be eligible for return, merchandise must:
• Be unworn and unwashed
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free of stains, odors, makeup, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or damage
• Be in resalable condition
Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.
HOW TO START A RETURN

Select the item(s) you wish to return.

Follow the instructions provided.

Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided through our Return Portal.
A return label fee of $9.99 will be deducted from the store credit issued for approved returns.
RETURN PROCESSING
Please allow 3–5 business days for our warehouse team to inspect and process your return after it has been delivered to our facility.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, inventory counts, or periods of high return volume.
Once your return has been approved and processed, store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and emailed to the email address used when placing the order.
Customers are responsible for checking their inbox, spam, junk, promotions, and filtered email folders for their gift card email.
EXCHANGES
Due to limited inventory and high product turnover, we do not offer exchanges.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Damaged or defective items must be reported within three (3) days of delivery.

• Clear photographs of the damage or defect
Claims submitted after three (3) days may not qualify for replacement or store credit.
